姜葱炒蛤蜊

       呵呵,思思很喜欢吃蛤蜊,可是我最近逛菜市蛤蜊不是很新鲜,还有天气比较热蛤蜊容易死,碰到里面有一个死的蛤蜊就整盘不能吃了。今天去超市遇到这蛤蜊很新鲜一看就知道刚刚进货的,买了一斤回来炒炒挺下饭的.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      材料:   

蛤蜊   
姜  
葱花   
生抽   
辣椒

  1:   把需要的食材洗干净切好备用。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             把2:蛤蜊洗干净备用,我喜欢选择买白色的蛤蜊,白色的蛤蜊煮时候容易打开,颜色比较漂亮。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         3:锅内烧热放花生油把葱花、  姜   、烧香把蛤蜊放进来一起炒。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         4:翻炒五分钟蛤蜊打开,放生抽、辣椒 、 盐出锅啦。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       好了出锅了超级下饭
