蛤蜊芥菜鸡汤

今天中午已经上了一个葱姜炒蛤蜊菜谱了,中午特地留了几个蛤蜊到晚上做汤,因为今天中午炖了鸡汤一个人肯定喝不完的,正好晚上把鸡汤放几个蛤蜊和芥菜进去这样就清淡很多了,同时又可以换了新口味的汤了何乐不为。炎热的夏天多吃点芥菜是很好的。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              材料:     蛤蜊   芥菜    鸡汤   姜                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   1:把蛤蜊洗干净备用,必须检查好是否都活的,因为如果有一个是死的就整盘汤不可以喝了。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      2:把芥菜清洗干净,弄小段。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       3:锅内加如适量的鸡汤水烧开把姜、蛤蜊放进来煮。如家里面没有鸡汤可以放清水烧开放点瘦肉,也同样好喝。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              4: 蛤蜊打开,把芥菜放进来一起煮,芥菜断生水烧开即可。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        好了出锅,操作简单又清淡好喝。
